Lizz has been a student of yoga for more than a decade and remains loyal to the practice in all of its forms. She believes the true gift of yoga is there is always more to learn. Whether it is a complicated pose, a deep emotion, or perfecting your breathing… the destination is the practice.
Lizz’s number one priority when guiding a class is for every student to feel welcomed and empowered to take time and space for themselves.

Grounding: Root yourself deeply into the present moment, cultivating stability and connection to the Earth.
Heart Expansion: Open your heart and access a wellspring of compassion, love, and emotional clarity.
Protection: Create strong yet flexible energetic boundaries to feel secure and resilient.
Each participant will receive three intuitively selected crystals—one for grounding, one for heart expansion, and one for protection. These sacred tools will support you throughout the class and accompany you home as reminders of your journey.

Restful vibes await at this pajama-themed yoga class! We’ll explore a brief introduction to shamanic dream work, tapping into the wisdom of your dreams to uncover deeper insights and guidance. Learn how to set dream intentions and use this ancient practice as a tool for self-discovery and healing. Then, indulge in a sequence of gentle, restorative poses while snuggled up in your softest sleepwear.
Let go of the day, embrace the night, and leave feeling grounded, restored, and inspired to dream big—both on and off the mat.
