The members of The Burrow will hold space on a live call once a month where we will provide feedback for one and other from the month’s offerings (see below) and discuss a variety of metaphysical topics.

One-On-One Session

It’s your time to shine and Bliss Burrow is here help you sparkle. Our one-on-one energy sessions offer the ability to build a custom healing session around your goals and needs.

Sessions are virtual and include “spiritual homework” where you’ll receive a follow-up email with notes and the opportunity to receive clarification. Your first session will always have a complimentary 30 minutes added to it.

    Sessions are available in 15- or 30-minute increments.

    Please note, this is only for existing clients.

  • Handle with Care: Healing Packages

    Our ready-made offerings are a convenient way to work your energy at your pace. Sort of like a choose your own adventure in healing! These packages have been thoughtfully crafted to include a variety of healing modalities to target a specific emotion or feeling and provide tools to navigate to healing and wholeness.

    These packages work well as a daily mindfulness practice or whenever you crave a quick mental and emotional reset as the time investment is 15-30 minutes.

    Action items may include:

    - A short yoga sequence

    - Meditation

    - Pranayama

    - Mantras/Affirmations

    - Crystal pairing

    - Chakra work

    They each include a suggested guide on how to direct the practice but ultimately you choose what works for YOU. These one-time purchases are yours to keep and revisit whenever you desire a refresh.
